When I checked in, they put me in a front corner room on the middle floor with two walls facing the roads. When I booked the room, months in advance, I specifically requested a room on the back side of the building away from the highway and on the top floor. The floor, bathroom, and doors in my room were not clean. Outer doors and stairwell doors did not function properly. The common areas were dirty, particularly the floors and walls.
