My children were crying because their mom spent hours trying to fix all of the issues. They don’t answer the phone at the front desk ever!! The manager acted like she was doing me a favor with a small credit. Expedia cannot reach then and neither can I. After complaining about the roaches and the knocking, I was offered a partial refund but then I was told I had to contact Expedia to get it. Was promised adjoining rooms- didn’t happen. The second room had roaches and a knocking sound. $25 per day parking fee that I was not aware of. Employees don’t “know the system” and couldn’t find my second reservation.
